Costs & Contracts
How much does it cost to live on campus?
Prices for the 2018-2019 academic year will be posted shortly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but want to make sure our information is as accurate as possible for you!
In order to secure housing, a $200 refundable housing deposit is required. This amount is not covered by scholarships, grants or loans. The housing contract is not in effect and no space will be provided or assigned unless the Office of Residential Life & Housing is in receipt of a completed contract, health form, and the required deposit. This deposit functions exactly like a security deposit for a rental property; any damages a student makes to a room or common area will be deducted from their housing deposit. The remainder of the money is returned when the student moves out of the residence halls permanently, not just for summer break. Please allow six to eight weeks for processing and returning of housing deposits.
Only students who have been accepted and who have submitted the housing deposit should fill out housing contacts.
Required Health Forms
In order to be in good standing with the University and the Office of Residential Life, you must complete the residential life section (part 1) of the health and physical exam form. This form is due prior move-in, and it is helpful if you submit it with your housing contract. Please note that for those commuting, we still ask for your Health Form submission. This ensures you have an emergency contact on file and are taken care of in case of an emergency.
