Residence Halls

Each of our outstanding residence halls has a professional staff member who lives in the hall and supervises the overall operation of the building, including leadership development and student conduct. Resident Assistants (RAs) are exemplary students who live on each floor, helping to develop, provide, and ensure a sense of community among the residents.

How Housing Locations are Assigned

The University of Saint Francis accepts applications on a rolling basis, so we also accept housing contracts on a rolling basis! Please make sure the Office of Residential Life & Housing receives your housing contract by June 15. First year students are placed in Bonzel Hall and Trinity Hall. Clare Hall is predominantly reserved for second-year students, while Padua Hall holds our upperclassmen population (juniors and seniors).

We ask that you be open-minded and consider that we have an open room-switch period two weeks after classes begin and at the semester break.
